Desert to Bloom is here to help you reduce stress and focus on your self-care so you can improve your health, life, and overall well-being with the practice of mindfulness, mindful meditation, yoga, and sustainable habit change.  


If you are battling stress, feeling unwell, and looking for a way to find calm and wellness,  Desert to Bloom's wellness programs are created just for you. And not to worry, you don't need to be an expert in meditation or yoga. You can choose an alternate form of movement, but just know that beginners are welcome and encouraged to embark on a new journey! 


You will receive the support, instruction, and guidance needed throughout the program. You will have a coach and accountability partner to help you define your stress management and self-care goals while addressing any obstacles that have been holding you back from improving your well-being.  


As a trained wellness professional, I'm passionate about helping you reduce stress, and improve your health and well-being so that you can reach greater fulfillment in all areas of your life. I will be your motivator and resource for new information and your personal wellness advocate for your success and self-care.

As a Mindfulness, Mindful Meditation Facilitator, and Yoga Instructor, I will help you learn that the practices of meditation and yoga are not about perfection but practices of acceptance and slowing down to listen to your body.

I will work with you on your wellness journey to help and empower you to take action, relieve stress, and improve your health so you can Breathe in Calm, Breathe in Wellness, Breathe out Stress, and Live Your Best Life!
