  • You’re curious about mindfulness, meditation, or yoga—but don’t know where to start.

  • You want flexibility—because your journey is unique, and self-care should fit your lifestyle.

No experience is required. Whether you're new to self-care or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll receive 1:1 guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.

 

What to Expect:

  •  A Path to Wellness – Together, we’ll define your stress management and self-care goals while identifying what’s been holding you back.

  • Mindfulness & Meditation – Learn how to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen to your body.

  •  Movement & Yoga (or Your Preferred Alternative) – Gentle movement, walking, or other mindful activities to restore balance.

  •  Nature & Self-Care Practices – Reduce stress with grounding activities, nutrition, and joyful rituals tailored to your needs.

  • Support & Accountability – You won’t do this alone. You’ll have a dedicated coach, motivator, and wellness advocate on your journey.

As a Mindfulness & Meditation Facilitator, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Holistic Wellness Professional, I am passionate about helping you reclaim your well-being.
